This weather report is from a few days ago in Saskatchewan. I used to live there about 15 years ago...have moved to warmer climes (East Coast).

Ha ha August, I didn't even notice that! I assume it's a govt. PSA reminding air travellers that they can't take liquids in their carry-on luggage. You mean that wasn't obvious? :)
