I'm trying not to be judgemental here - but yikes!
I'm of Irish heritage - and I'm sad that some think that the Irish culture is only about drunkeness.
This song is a braggy piece of shit. It reminds me of the braggadicio of "rap" songs.

I take it then that you didn't listen to the whole song then! If yeh had you'd relaize that it was sarcazim and humor directed at the Drunks who make outlandish claims in bars. So your your opinion is correct but only for the first few verses of the song! Thats the problem youcan't nail a mogger down long enough to get an entire Idea across! Everything has to be quick clips and sound bites!
