i can't think of any soundtrack to a horror(related) movie than what Philip Glass did for Candyman. and there are only a few Philip Glass deals that i like better than this. and incidentally, i don't think there's been a better American horror movie that pops into my head right away since Candyman. maybe you thought it was lame in the mid 90s, but seriously, watch it again. if you still think it sucks, i don't know what to say. you can clean my bathtub after i shoot a tubgirl reenactment in it. i'm bored. you're boring me.seriously though, what American horror flick do you think has a better soundtrack than that AND the killer rest of the movie to boot? say it. i'll throw down Candyman movie/sndtrk combo like a pokemon against anything. you wanna throw down The Shining? formidable, but TOUGH TOBLERONE. think long and hard.also, deepdiscountdvd.com is having a two for one sale on a couple dozen things, and that means I could get the Evil Dead 2 (book of the dead ed.) and the Sleepway Camp trilogy set for $24. i haven't seen any of the Sleepaway Camp movies though. how are they? i'm not into the whole 'so bad it's good' type of campiness, which is why i didn't and won't give some fucker money to see Snakes on a Plane. the campy elements of movies like Evil Dead are just straight up awesome to me without a moment's thought of if it'd ordinarily be bad. i love things that are over the top, but i hate that stupid tranwreck mentality. that's confusing but whatever. so yeah, anybody who wants to drop some input on Sleepaway should do so.
