I really hope I don't piss anybody off but I can't hold back any longer. The new Tindersticks album is due out one month from today. They would like it if you checked out their Myspace page (click on Tindersticks above) so that you can hear what will be their first single off the album, unfortunately I don't like it nearly as much as I like the one I'm posting here, "Yesterdays Tomorrows". If you're already a fan of Tindersticks then you won't be disappointed with the album, if you're new to them (and like what you hear here) then I suggest starting at the beginning with their self titled first LP, "Tindersticks", then moving on to "Curtains" and so forth.

i really hope they tour again - i saw them play in Seattle ... 2003 i think it was. fantastic show.
Smooth and smoky - the guy's voice oozes a dark sultry atmosphere that almost leaves you feeling greasy.
Look at him, he looks like he slept all morning, screwed all afternoon then went directly to the bar stopping only for a pack a smokes along the way.

loved it when The Sopranos used Running Wild on one of the last episodesi am one of the peeps needing some serious Tindersticks education. have had bits of mp3s over the years, never owned any album. love the track you posted, Dave. think i'll try to find that self-titled debut soon.
I'll give up a mog hiatus for Tindersticks any day. :) That's a wonderful song (as can be expected), and the album is too.
I don't know how I can continue trying to get anything done after looking at that pic of Staples. I want to go buy a pack of smokes and spend the remainder of the day at the nearest divebar.
