I know you're all in other bands now and doing other things but "...Gee Whiz Guys!" you can't come up with a great album Like _"...Dusk at Cubist Castle"_ and just pitter out like you did, _"Black Foliage..."_ was lame! It's been 11 years now and I'm going to hold my breath until you can find the time to put together an album as good as this one, starting, **now**......

"Dusk..." is a 5 star album (in my book) I was expecting a lot from their second album "Black Foliage" but I came away really disappointed, I know some people who really like it but I'm not one of them and then the guys in the band just flittered away into other bands they had side projects with and OTC just sort of disappeared. Shame. Neutral Milk Hotel is another band that was brilliant but the main guy couldn't take all the touring and adulations he was getting so he too disappeared after just two amazing albums. These two bands along with Apples in Stereo started the Elephant 6 recording studios that revolved around a core group of musicians that moved from group to group depended on who was currently working on a project. If you don't know Neutral Milk Hotel then you have to leave work right now and go pick up "In The Aeroplane Over The Sea", really, go now!
I do have "...Aeroplane..." (amazing, yes!), but I'm late to most of this stuff, and I was not aware of all those connections - thanks for the illumination. Like a non-cannuck Broken Social Scene. Wouldn't it be coincidental if this popped up on the darksied?
