anyone like this sound?im diggin the artfully done sampling and mashups...ive been having debates with lawyer friends though about the "fair use" of the samples utilized to create a new work...should they have to clear the samples? or is the newly formed collage a significant new work, and therefore can be considered fair use?thoughts?
