What's this in my inbox today? Word that Daniel Victor Snaith, the man behind Caribou, has a side project more suitable for the dancefloor called Daphni. The first release is a 12" split with Four Tet.
Both tracks are electronic and trippy. Toe tapping, but not full force banging. They are both pretty good, but I wouldn't mind hearing a vocal track added. Pinnacles seems like it's perfect for a haunting vocal.
