Another Saturday morning, sitting here browsing and I took a listen to Mark Knopfler's new CD "Kill To Get Crimson" it's a great effort by one of the most skilled musicians in the industry. I will post a song from it in a few days. But I noticed a SEVERE lack of selection on MOG from this gifted musician. So, I decided to go back to "The Ragpickers Dream" for one of my all time favorite songs by him. Coyote is a funky number with a nice horn section thrown in. Mark's guitar really never comes into play that much until the instrumental end of the song, but that's the part of the song I like the most. Is anyone out there still listening to Mark? Or am I shouting in a forest and nobody can hear me?
