Anyone who has ever been camping has probably come across Dr. Bronner's soap. It is a seemingly innocuous, all purpose, bio degradable soap that can double as a toothpaste and a 1000 other uses. When you pick up the bottle, your eyes are filled with an impossible number of rords, fit onto every inch of the label. More words than should be allowed by law or any rules of design. Those words contain Dr. Bronner's message - his "soap Box" if you will, to all humanity. It's a bit wacky and wonderful at the same time. There is so much on the label, you may find yourself running out of hot water if you were to read it in the shower. This is not simple "Lather, rinse, repeat" instructions, these are soul saving, moral guide posts for you to ponder every time you reach for the soap. Sayings like "Cleanliness is next to Godliness! Who else but God gave man Love that can spark dust to life!!"
Bronner's proclamations use more explanation points than a 14 year old girls diary. His soap stands as one of those popular cultural artifacts that exists despite the secular nature of most products. Not only is it one of the most bizarre products that you'll come across, but the soap works nicely too.
