I wish wish wish I had a review of his album for you, but I don't. I got a notice from Amazon as to it's availability, but I didn't even know it was coming out. Now I want it bad. I love the 5, and I especially love whatever boots I can get of them. Look at this Set list:
1. Intro Rambling Rose2. Human Being Lawnmower3. Tonight4. Rocket Reducer No. 62 (Rama Lama Fa Fa Fa)5. It's a Man's World6. Teenage Lust - MC57. Looking at You8. Fire of Love9. Shakin' Street10. Starship/Kick Out the Jams/Black to Comm/Teenage Lust
Looks pretty killer huh? I am however a little wary of this ploy to tie it to the events of today, I guess the intention was good, but it feels kind of empty:
Product DescriptionOne of the best live performances from the band who seems to best summarize the rage and the anger of present day America: the one that collapses under Katrina, the one that does not have the money to buy decent food, the one that has suffered the death of social ethics. Despite being recorded over three decades ago, the sound of this live concert brings the people the needed energy to rise up and say NO to all abuses and utter the cry for a better world through pure rock’n’roll. Get Back Records. 2007.
I'll be waiting to hear you other MC5 fans review of the disc.
