I experienced the film a couple of weeks ago at a UK preview. The Jew Song is not included in the cut, but there are plenty of laughs and "oh my god" moments. Two that struck home were the rodeo and church scenes, which showed a few real people up for who they are.

I'm sure it will go down a storm, I'm looking forward to the DVD to see what didn't make it onto the film, it will be nice.
