ah. Well, I'm not really around all that much unless I have some free time which hasn't been plentiful lately.

Really? I think in the 5 months or so that I've had it, I've liked one song on the samplers. I didn't even get through last months sampler before I took it out. The articles themselves kind of float by because I have to hear something, you know?

I'm glad you like it (I say that like I wrote the shit..haha) and yeah - I think Dale will be all over this. Of course, the last time I made that prediction I was painfully wrong - haha.

for a music rag - it's my favorite... lately the disc haven't thrilled me completely - but then again, when I first started getting them - I had no idea what MOG was... I don't think I listened to last months all the way through either. Had it as background noise today - there were a couple standouts... but yeah, it's my friend ;) Says a lot doesn't it ;P

I enjoy Paste, but I always forget to even listen to the samplers. I think I have like 5 of them sitting in random places in my apartment. I need to take an evening and just listen to 'em all.

Ty, see - maybe that's what I should do. Read the mag and circle the stuff that sounds interesting and not listen to the sampler. I'd probably have a better success rate then. But, if the sampler is indicative of the bands reviewed, I'm screwed.

I get it for the pictures_ Actually, my pal Po is a fan so each year when I renew his, I shell out a few extra to get myself a subscription too... tried to gently coax him out of getting it... he had none of it... I did get a great cover with Amy Winehouse on it recently - course - I haven't read one in close to a year. Amy Wihehouse article sitting next to my bed.. pretty soon it's gonna get used to stop the bedside table from wabbling ;P

Hmmm, I know right? The album actually pretty much sucks compared to the last one. It feels like they did alot of experimentation on this one instead of sticking to their tried and true formula.
