I now have 3 different covers of Crazy by Gnarls Barkley. The Kooks, Ray Lamontagne, and Nelly Furtado. You can blame this on Kami right here on mog. I downloaded one of her podcasts (#18) and found two of those there. I didn't like the original until I heard the covers. The covers stripped it down a bit and I realized what a beautiful song it was so I went back and bought the original.This is funny to me because the first Gnarls Barkley song I bought was Gone Daddy Gone. It was really cool to hear a cover of a song I have liked for over half of my life now. (I discovered Violent Femmes when I was 12, but that particular album was already several years old I believe.)
