Attention Triangle Moggers!

I completely suck at organizing things which is why it's August 21st and I am just now posting proper on this.G. Love and Special Sauce along with Slightly Stoopid and Ozomatli will be playing at the Koka Booth Amphitheatre in Cary on Friday Augst 31st.Tickets are still available and I think this would be a fantastic opportunity to have a mog get together.     Ashleyness says Sorry Ash, that would be quite a hike for me as well. Plus, there's a JDB show in NYC that night and we all know how I love some JDB. ;) I hope you get to go though, I'd love to check out G.Love so I'll be looking forward to a report if you do make it out.

    HelenMarie says OOOh, I'd love to meet up! Bummer you moggers don't seem so far away until there's talk of a great show to attend. I mentioned a bit of my frustration yesterday...you know G. Love is dodging FL this pass...grrrr! Atlanta is the closest show for us and it's a good 9 hour drive. They've been a my favorite venue in the past but it's been a while, hopefully they'll make it down soon. Have fun if you make it!

    HelenMarie says Yep...tis a bummer. It's a long state I know but they could always just shoot into wonderland which is pretty central for everyone. (orlando - btw - about 2 hrs from us, so I think that's a reasonable compromise...QOTSA is showing us a little love at least!!!) Have a good one!

I feel you though whenever I see tour dates in VA/DC and no stops here. Jay, most excellent! I will email you my cell phone number. Might be a bit easier that way, heh.
