Bonnaroo 2007

I've been kind of turned off by the line up SuperFly has scheduled at Bonnaroo for the past few years. But this year's 'Roo looks to be off the chain like freed slaves. Unparalleled are the headliners...The Police, TOOL, and WSP. Bringing the reunited Police's tour to Bonnaroo is going to be electric. TOOL can't help but bring the noise and Reverend Maynard will undoubtedly make appearances elsewhere throughout the weekend. I'm no big fan of Widespread but the ensure that the real, dirty hippy element will be in full force with their grand assortment of treats. Franti and Spearhead will make a rare venture into the South. They are sure to put a smile on everyone's face and get them hopping at the same time. SCI is showing up and Keller will be doing a show as well ensuring the festivities of a Keller Williams Incident performance. John Butler and Xavier Rudd are going to throw it the fuck down too. Aesop Rock is going to bring hip hop like I've never seen to the crowds. And this is just a sampling of the first lineup announcement. There are sure to be many, many more artists. So I'm thinking it's going to be another grand throwdown like the first couple of years were. I actually can't wait for four days of dirtiness right now. BONAROOOOO!!!!!!
