For anyone who doesn't know, Cirque Du Soleil has made a new show called 'Love'. This isn't any regular show, (well, most cirque du soleil shows aren't just ANY show) this show is a tribute to The Beatles, probably one of the most known and loved bands in history. A couple of weeks ago I traveled to Las Vegas with my family, going there we knew we had to see at least one show, despite the pricey tickets. My parents basically grew up in England, so their love for the Beatles, i find, is much stronger than any other. I'm not a HUGE Beatles fan, don't get me wrong though, they're an amazing band, and i love their music... but i don't know enough to say that i'm a die-hard Beatles fan.Entering the Mirage (the hotel-casino that 'Love' played in) I couldn't help but notice that I almost felt awkward going into the show without being a huge Beatles junkie... let me tell you one thing, if you're ever thinking of going to see 'Love'... GO! Whether or not you're a Beatles fan.. take it from one who isn't a huge beatles fan, and who has parents that ARE huge beatles fans. Even though the only thing that i could do was tap my foot along to the up-beat music while my parents sang along, i still loved it. The choreographing of the show was amazing. It fit the music perfectly, the moods, the beat, the melody, the words. Everything. Even the lighting changed. It was truly magical. So for anyone who's planning to see a Cirque Du Soleil show, please, oh PLEASE go to see 'Love'. I'm so confident that you'll love it. (I know i sound like one of those people on ads trying to sell you some phony product.. but it’s true) And for people with children, who probably don't know who the Beatles are, still go with them. I sat next to a young girl with her grandfather.. and she enjoyed it immensely. So go along now... buy your tickets...
