I hear you... When I first heard it, it sounded very familar and I have been told that the singer is not in key. The rest of the album is cool... Check out my previous post for a concert review:
I like it all except, as mentioned by others, the chorus. The reason I said it was alright is because it reminded me of Tupak right off the bat. Although I was never a huge Tupak fan, he was incredibly talented so when that comparison was in my head Ise Lyfe suffered. Maybe I'll go look up some other stuff by him.

yeah, the singer... he's not as good as he seems to think he is. but it's a great message, i like some of ise's other stuff better, though.

That is the first single off the album, his other stuff hella slaps and the live show gets the crowd doing the yellow bus. Thanks for the input.
