Like the Deserts Miss the Rain
In response to SatisfiedMind's post about hating the band, but loving just one song (see here: http://mog.com/SatisfiedMind614/blog_post/36275#comments) are there any bands that you wish would expunge that hugely horrible song from their catalog?For me, it's Everything But the Girl. I thought they were terrible, based on that overplayed Deserts Miss the Rain song. Not their fault it was overplayed, but they made it, and it was pretty mediocre at best - I mean, deserts missing the rain is your best metaphor? Really?The rest of their stuff is great, but I feel like I have to explain away that song when I tell people I think they're good.
