HOLY SHIT RYAN ADAMS. EASY TIGER IS SO GOOD.It's pretty without being delicate! It's country without leaving urban life behind! It's other things that make me want to scream and shout and dance and cry and twist in circles and do other stuff that people do when they're really excited about things.It doesn't make me want to sit very still though. But that's what his other songs are for.I feel as though Mr Adams - loud in my earbuds, crooning like a lost man who is sometimes found or has sometimes found a road sign - has conquered something with this album. Conquered. . .and won. I do not know what. My heart, possibly. My admiration, certainly.I hope other people like this album. There is harmonizing, so I'm feeling pretty confident.(Listen to the album with headphones on. Otherwise it won't have the same effect. You can listen to it, I think, without headphones once you know it really well. But not at first.)
