Radio Dial
How long has it been since you have had an analog radio dial? One of those twisters that gives you static as you move it between stations. The digital radio dials are supposed to be so much better but I think you might be surprised if you go pull out an old radio and give it a try. I can find good music so much faster on an analog radio than a digital one because I can skim so much faster. It takes me one second at most to browse every single radio station with an analog twist and over a minute to browse the digital equivalent of scanning.
Someone needs to make a digital radio tuner with a much better human interface that allows us to have much better control over skimming.

Here here! Bring back the knob! You get better tuning for sure and it's way easier than the 6 different buttons you have to use to recreate the knob effect.
My clock radio has a digital read-out but an analog tuner. I think that's a bit comical.
I am kind of on the fence leaning towards digital about the analog vs digital thing.
So far I have had moderate success emulating analog effects in the digital world. I use analog-esque effects like tape emulators, tube amp emulators, distortion, overdrive, and analog-ish limiters and compressors. Even the "spring" reverb is convincing. I say this and I actually owned an old school fender blues amp with 5 tubes and a real sping in it.
So far so good!
At least if I don't want the analog type of distortion and noise, I don't have to add it, as long as I stay in digital. This is not possible in Analog. Additionally, newer digital noise reduction plug-ins like the ones from WAVE LABS work wonders on damaged analog recordings.
On the other hand I don't use digital mixers. I won't use a USB microphone. My analog mixer is all knob based. It required zero processor power and never has any glitches of f**k-ups.
I use hardware synths not software emulators. All of my synths go to the analog mixer before being captured in the digital world, even though they are all digital in the first place.
You can not run long digital cables like you can for analog. Analog cables can run for hundreds of feet with low noise. Digital cables totally crap out at 4 feet.
