Feelin the heat

It's close to 30 degrees here folks . That's celsius for those of you wondernig why it's so cold. Got home yesterday and found my wife and the family dog panting for air. Down to the crawl space to lug the 100 lb. "portable" air conditioner up through the small hole in the floor and into the computer room where dog still lay, and wife was still dying. Hooked it up and within 15 minutes all was well with our worlds.
But of course by then I'm too hot to even think about sitting and posting something. And certainly the lawn won't be mowed tonight. (referring to last night. the job is now relegated to the real tonight unless I can get into the posting "zone.")
And of course, having said that, the wall looms. To say nothing of what tune to pick for the drivel. Creativity and natural observation translated into something close to interesting fails me.
I want to post Arena cuz I haven't yet. I don't have any songs relating to heat, so here's one relating to magic. It's all relevant isn't it?

I enjoy the heat.. but then I like it when it cools down at night here. I used to live in Texas and MAN i hated the summers there.

Cap-coldish and wet here-i love winter although our winters are nothing like yours(i did spend 10 years working in a freezer at minus 20c). We have had our whole years rain in the last week-I don't have any rain music tonight.

INteresting. My favorite weather is cool rain. My favorite pasttime is standing on the beach with the waves crashing in, and it's cold and raining. hmmm
sounds like an unhappy childhood. :-)
