Shades of ELO here from the first Frost CD. They're scheduled to tour with Dream Theater this summer, and Mike Portnoy (DT's drummer) nominated Experiments in Mass Appeal as one of his favourite albums of 2008.
This song has joined my personal chart at #1.

ok, let's compare. Wiz, I don't mean to be ornery, but I don't hear any strings in the original. Comparing the two, I prefer the cover. Has more depth, and really sounds like Lynne at the mic.
I stand corrected Cap. I prefer the earlier ELO pre "Discovery" that featured more of the cello and violin sound.
I took a chance with my comment. My hearing ain't so good these days. Can't understand why. I can hear my iPod at full volume just ine.
