Crazy New Beck Releases!!

In addition to my previously reported Beck / Sonic Youth split 7" for Record Store Day, I have a few other very exciting release announcements to share with you.

We will also be getting new deluxe editions of both the classic One Foot In The Grave and of last year's Modern Guilt. Of course what will pop into Beck fans heads immediately are the so called "2nd K album" recordings which have long been sought after and existed/circulated briefly online a decade ago before vanishing... In addition to that fun, today I've also learned that a new Sea Change Deluxe is coming from MoFi. It is remastered form the original analog reels and will be coming your way on 24K Gold CD. Check it: http://www.mofi.com/productcart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=155. MoFi was also originally set to remaster Odelay but the plans were scrapped (thanks for the tip k0ma).

That's not it!! I have also learned that the songs for the Beck / Sonic Youth 7" are apparently yoinked from an as-of-yet unannounced (until now) upcoming Beck / Sonic Youth "very special project." More details when I have them...
