This is one of the baddest funk grooves of the 21st Century. First of all they play this bad boy in 6 for most of the tune, which, of course, most R&B/Funk grooves are not in this meter. Added to this just being a dope groove, each individual layer is funkay (both guitar parts, the drum part, the synth bass part, and the keyboard part [which has a slight Isley Bros. feel to it]) in its own right. Thought it was going to appear on the Luxury Brown release as they were playing this along with another funk jam (of which I don't know the name of), at their live sets around the time they were recording Luxury Brown. Glad it appears here, cuz it is a jam!
