WHERE MUSIC LISTENS TO YOU

This must be underwater love.. (I'm not going nuts)

Posted about 1 year ago
So.. the other day I ran out of coffee; and since it was day-off here I had to figure out a way to avoid the "lack-of-caffeine" thoughts AND ESPECIALLY avoid the terrifying pain of my upcoming exhibition. (I'm scared as hell.. and I've got some funky butterflies flying in my tummy - oh boy, if only there was a way to quit...) After a couple of rooibos cups, I decided to pick randomly an album and let my brushes dance on the canvas.Guess what came out:I'm aware of the lack of water (I'm still working on it)...

  4. Marigold says Exhibition? I am sure you will do awesome!!!!....I think. ;) All you need is some coffee (check...got some now right?) and great tunes (check) and you are good to go. Oh and dorks like me cheering you on! ...I am sure that would instill confidence in anyone. As for the art...I like your homepage version way better. I look less fat in that one. Underwater Love? I must say that I loved that song. Heavy on the dub which I have been listening to a lot of lately. Do you have any more Smoke City tunes you would recommend? I bet zombies would be good at love under water..

  7. Bartleby says I love this under-watercolour of yours...(I'm aware this may not be a watercolour...Allow me some poetic license, will ya.) -- I couldn't help but notice that the lady is flying over the men as if out of reach... Is this some kind of allegory of men-and-women relationship? All femininity is just beyond masculinity (yeah, I've got that feeling from the incredibly rotund breasts of your flying Olympia). Better collect myself and regain my poise... Was I saying about your work in progress? Oh, now I remember the bosom... I mean the blossoming of colours and patterns is one the most precious moment in creation. I feel really privileged to witness your creative powers at work. You will pull off the exhibition with flying colours, no doubt. Just a few more words about the music. Nina Miranda's voice is so mellifluous and sensuous I feel literally aroused (yes sexually too). How can one not be when "Giuletta knows the Kama Sutra?" A kawa, perhaps? See you, my favourite cafeinomana.

  9. bloodtea says (Hahaha) *Michael:* This Olympia, you say.. she's swimming towards the man (in some sort of a dance with copulative purposes, obviously - just give me some time to paint the water, and I'll repost Olympia and hmmm...Homer, underwater.) ... and I must say your description was lovely. [Good to know her voice graciously stimulates you.. (made me draw a sweet devilish smile, truth be told, and I laughed.. oh, how I laughed!)] Hah, thank you for all those mouthwatering pictures. There's no bosom sweeter than a fresh cup of coffee.. that, I can assure you, my friend. *Poe:* Haha, thanks, dear!

  10. Cody B says Thoughts.. That café looks too good to drink. Loved the sway in the tune. Always been a fan of underwater activities. If you weren't nervous it wouldn't be fun. All around beauteousness.
