The three LPs were subsequently pressed and released in S.A. For an assortment of reasons, of the three, "Cold Fact" achieved the most success and sold like the proverbial bushfire." apparently "the best of" was only released in southafrica and it compiled songs from the first 2 albums plus some rarities.

   soulrocket says you may be the only one here that knows those facts, heh. i couldnt find a copy of the best of, but the "cold fact" lp sells for $50 in gemm... ouch. you have quite an expensive record on your hands.

And I was hoping to buy a CD... in order to keep the LP preserved - although it sounds better... it'd be harder to get a new one - but it's quite difficult to find anything related to Rodriguez here. I'm thinking of spendind a month or something like that in S.A.... maybe I'll get the chance to find something... I hope so.

   soulrocket says the 1996 cd release is deleted but there is a 2005 edition with a different cover, different track order and an extra song. i found one seller but its priced at $27.85. buying it in southafrica may be the better choice. you send me a copy when you buy it ;-)
