One man sampling genius Washed Out is slowly taking the crown as the new lo-fi tape-music king and his latest video for the track 'Belong' only reinforces that point all the more. Pavement are continuing their world dominating 2010 reunion with another headlining date for one of the big-name Festivals, this time in Norway. They'll take to the main-stage at next years Øya Festival in the countries capital city of Oslo.
