Ted on Bagel Radio just talked about this. As has been reported, President Obama recently gave the Queen of England an iPod stocked with 40 showtunes. While Obama will not get in any trouble legally (of course don't put it past certain individuals to call for "impeachment!"), Wired states that "convoluted U.S. copyright laws make it unclear whether the chief executive is a copyright scofflaw."
