No! not like her new stuff like- Girlfriend, ugh! The other day I heard her song I'm With You on the radio & was reminded of the Avril we all knew and loved. Also the occasional nights I would wander in the streets, wondering, what exactly it is that I'm doing here, just existing. Maybe next album will be like her earlier days, hoping her new songs will be like this song. A great song & vid. enjoy!     Augusts1 says Not an Avril fan myself either. How can anyone compare Bjork to Avril, omg, lol? If you aren't familiar w/Bjork, you really need to do yourself a favor & check out her music. So much more interesting than Avril's music. I know, I know, it's _just_a post, heh!

    soulrocket says ok, ok, i agree it was a bad bad comparation, my fault... in my defense i will say it was too early in the morning & i didnt pay any attention at what i said, heh. also it truly sounded like that when i watched the video, watching it now i understand your point... a musical mirage? heh i dont really like bjork anyway, she is too cold for me.

I can see your point of Bjork being too cold, since she tends to not show alot of warmth in her music. If you pay attention to her lyrics though she does express alot of emotion which is where the warmth generates in her music. I'm a huge Bjork fan from when she was in her old band The Sugarcubes & I tend to enjoy electronic music alot. So when you made the comparison of Avril to Bjork I had to say something, lol.

    darmuzz says I have issues with Avril Lavigne. While I do not know her personally, my perception is that she is shallow...and fairly illiterate. If Jessica Simpson can get her GED, then surely Avril can too. Get yourself back to school, miss! How about it, Rawkkiddo - are you up for the task?
