I'd call Nor Elle's Taxi a bit on the bland side if it wasn't what I'd already called ambient music. Ambient music is usually a little less filled out and I can't fault them for something like that. In tastefully named No Tobacco (yeah!) it takes some time to get to the point aka a more solid beat but it gets there eventually. The album really cohesively sticks as a whole, mixtape style, so give it a try like that.
