Although we still don't know who'll be stepping into Kevin Shields's gazey shoes as headliner/curator, ATP NY has confirmed an initial round of performers for next year's party at Kutschers: Animal Collective, Panda Bear, Atlas Sound, Antipop Consortium, Suicide doing Suicide , Dirty Three doing Ocean Sounds , and David Cross doing David Cross. The festival runs from 9/11-13 in Monticello, NY and tickets are on sale .
