As our friend Cory @ Backseat Sandbar recently reported Will Oldham a.k.a. Bonnie "Prince" Billy, and his backing band, Thomas A. Minor and the Picket Line, have been putting on a series of impromptu concerts (one at the post office?!) in Louisville lately. MOKB friend and photographer, Austin, was on hand for his "Funtown" show not too long ago, snapped a couple great shots and sent them over to us.

The process for getting one of the 300 or so spots available to see this show apparently involved a series of emails to "The Mayor Of Funtown" and directions once you reached certain checkpoints...sounds like a lotta work, but probably created a lotta buzz!
