Brooklyn Pool Party - Girltalk, Max Tundra & Wiz Khalifa

Let's do this quick. Yesterday was the second to last Brooklyn Pool Party on the East River. Here's how it went down.

Max Tundra was just as wonderfully spastic and short as one could hope. He is far too underrated, but I think his upcoming tour with Passion Pit will fix that relatively soon.

Wiz Khalifa, I'm sorry but I had absolutely no idea who you were until I kept hearing songs that I vaguely remember in passing once upon a drunken night at a friend of a friend's party, or something.

Girltalk, I am even more sorry, but I do not think I can make it out to another one of your shows. Sure, I was highly entertained by the high school kids awkwardly dancing on stage and the assortment of douchebags pumping their fists (see photo above), but I draw a line at CariDee from America's Next Top Model (see blonde in top left corner above) doing what appeared to be a jazzercise routine in an outfit reminiscent of the last 80s party I attended.

It started to rain though just in time.
