Some Fans Upset With Bon Jovi Ticket Prices, Leonard Cohen in the Studio, more

Bon Jovi has evidently ticked off a few fans in England. There have been numerous negative comments about ticket prices for the O2 Arena shows in London. Tickets start at about $74 for general admission and run up to $327; however, the super premium tickets have a price tag of $2,100.
Some fans are calling for a boycott of the show but it doesn't seem to be taking as the first five shows sold out in hours.
Leonard Cohen premiered the second new song of his tour last week in Chicago which may be a prelude to recording a new album in 2010. Writer Kevin Richards, who is about to release the Cohen biograhpy Hallelujah, says that the singer has been in the studio on and off for some time.
Slayer has ended their Canadian tour after bass player Tom Araya had to undergo emergency surgery on his back. In a statement, the band said:
Phil Judd, one of the founding members of Split Enz, has admitted to stalking children in person and on Facebook. Judd, who is 56, said that he has been following three children since 2004 when they were ages eight to twelve. On the popular social site, he posed as a 17-year-old boy to talk with the girls.
Judd told the Herald Sun, "I only had a crush on one of them -- I'm just a silly old man. This has been blown way out of proportion. The only mistake I made was getting on to Facebook one night after a few too many drinks."
The two biggest veteran artists in country music right now are hitting the road together. George Strait and Reba McEntire will play, at a minimum, 19 dates between January and April.
