Streisand Auctions Personal Memorabilia for Charity
-
Artist:
Julien's Auctions ran a two-day auction at the Beverly Hilton over the weekend to sell over 300 items from the collection of Barbra Streisand. The singer offered the items up to benefit a number of charities served by the Streisand Foundation including City Year, the William Jefferson Clinton Foundation and the Cedars-Sinai Women's Heart Health Center. The majority of items came from her households; however, she did sell a number of costumes from her movies and gowns from her tours. There was very little sold directly from her music career.
