Roger Daltrey opened up his solo tour last Saturday night at the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver with what turned out to be a mostly Who concert. That fact may be fitting as his Use It or Lose It Tour is meant to be a way to keep his voice in shape before going out with the Who next year.The show was filled with numerous rarely performed Who songs, including Pictures of Lily which they haven't done in twenty years, and Going Mobile, Cache Cache and Blue, Red & Grey which they have never performed live.
Daltrey only performed three of his solo songs, Days of Light, Who's Gonna Walk on Water and A Second Out, and ventured into Johnny Cash's catalog for Ring of Fire and I Got Stripes.
