Mark Knopfler Set To Get Lucky on September 14

Mark Knopfler has set September 14 (worldwide)/15 (U.S.) as the release date for his sixth solo album, Get Lucky. It is the followup to his 2007 album Kill to Get Crimson.Not a lot has been announced on the background for the album. It will come as a CD and a Digital Download along with a Limited Edition that will include a 2-LP vinyl set, poker chips, craps dice, guitar tab, classic show tickets, CD/DVD and a bonus CD.
Also look for Knopfler to tour in support of the album in early 2010. He will also be playing an invitation only show for the Prince's Trust on September 9 at the Hurlingham Club in London.
