Aerosmith Cuts Toys in the Attic Short, Will Switch to Rocks, Whitford on the Mend

Posted 5 months ago
According to a Reuters article, Aerosmith has had to drop the final song from their album Toys in the Attic from their performances. They are currently doing the album in its (almost) entirety on their current tour but You See Me Crying has proved to be too much on Steven Tyler's voice.

Joe Perry also told the service that they would stop doing the album later in the tour and replace it with a full performance of the follow-up, Rocks.

Meanwhile, Brad Whitford has said he hope to rejoin the band's tour next month. The guitarist had surgery for internal bleeding that may have been caused by accidentally hitting his head while getting out of his car. Joe Perry told Reuters, "It built up pressure and gave him this whoopin' headache. He's not prone to getting migraines, so knew something was wrong. He went right in, they did what they had to do, and now he's getting better."
