Classic Albums & Woodstock Performances Paired in New Sony Albums

Sony Music Entertainment and Woodstock Ventures have teamed to release albums from five key artists from the 1969 Woodstock Music & Arts Festival. Each 2-CD set will contain a classic album by the artist that was released in 1969 along with their performance from the festival. Release is set for June 30.

The albums by Jefferson Airplane, Janis Joplin, Santana, Sly & the Family Stone and Johnny Winter will be housed in eco-friendly (that means cardboard) mini-CD sleeves with inner paper sleeves and housed in a slipcase jacket. Also included is a 16x20 inch fold-out poster with a picture of the artist performing on one side and a crowd shot on the other.
