Nick Cave's Gladiator 2 Script Surfaces, Osbourne to Get Special Award

The script that Nick Cave wrote for Gladiator 2 has been unearthed by his fans and it's kind of easy to see why it never got made. It seems that Cave has Russell Crowe's Maximus getting involved with some Roman Gods (he was killed at the end of the original movie) and finding himself resurrected through different periods of time, all the way up through World War II.
Now, you could chalk this up to the studios doing their job but then you realize that these same wiz kids made Weekend at Bernie's II.
