Paul Simon's Gershwin Prize Ceremony Coming to DVD

In May of 2007, Paul Simon was awarded the first Gershwin Prize for Popular Song by the Library of Congress (Stevie Wonder received the second a couple of weeks ago). The award ceremony included performances of Simon's songs by Lyle Lovett, Alison Krauss, James Taylor, Marc Anthony, Art Garfunkel, Stevie Wonder and others.

That night was captured on film and in 5.1 surround sound and will be released by Shout! Factory on May 19.
