Originally touting itself as a mini-festival, the Read & Shout festival has plenty of reason to join the upper echelons of the festival world after bagging the sublime Jens Lekman to headline the evening. The festival is held in the equally sublime Nettlefold Hall above West Norwood Library, with the aim to raise awareness and protest against the many pending national closures of libraries.
