Instrumental rockers Russian Circles have revealed details on their upcoming third studio album. Entitled Geneva, the record will be released via Suicide Squeeze on October 19th, 2009 (USA - Oct 20th). Their rather lengthy but useful PR states that Geneva is "built on brevity" and is "the kind of concise summation afforded only those curious enough to develop and explore all relevant options.
