Co-founder of the legendary Woodstock Festival, Michael Lang was talking up quite the storm at this years 'SxSW Festival' where he spoke out about the possibility of a 40th Anniversary concert. Though Lang explained that at the moment he was seeking funding, he still laid down a lot of facts and names of what he would like to see and who he would want to play.
