Is Coldplay`s 'Viva La Vida 'a rip off of the 2004 Joe Satriani track 'If I Could Fly `? Joe thinks so, and he is suing Coldplay. Go 50 seconds in to the Satriani piece and the melody certainly has similarities to the Coldplay song.
