MUSIC NEWS - Ralo Malo will offer up an early Christmas present, he's releasing Hello Again , a digital-only, five song EP from Fantasy Records which will be available exclusively at iTunes on Tuesday, December 16. The EP will contain "Hello Again ," the first single from the Lucky One album, which streets next March 3, 2009, along with a demo version of "So Beautiful", a studio version of which also appears on the new album. Included in the EP are also two live versions of songs from Malo's 2001 debut solo album Today : "Every Little Thing" and "I Said I Love You". Finallly, the digital EP features a newly recorded remake of a song from Malo's years with the Mavericks titled "In My Dreams."

Malo wrote Lucky One over a two-year period at his Nashville home and was so happy with the results that several of his home demos appear as final versions on the CD. For the remainder of the album, he once again called in Steve Berlin, most known for his work with Los Lobos. He also worked on Malo's 2001 Today album, as co-producer.
