MUSIC NEWS- MOON, the sci-fi film directed by David Bowie's son, Duncan Jones is set for a January 2010 dvd and blu ray release in North America (November 16 in the UK - not sure why the USA delay) via Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. Starring Sam Rockwell as Astronaut Sam Bell, the film was released in theatres in June and ended with a $4.6M box office tally. In this futuristic mystery, Bell lives on the far side of the moon, and is in the process of completing a three-year contract with Lunar Industries to mine Earth’s primary source of energy, Helium-3 as we watch his fight against time to discover the truth. what’s going on and how he fits into company plans.
