Mark Knopfler Looks to "GET LUCKY" on the Road in Spring 2010

        MUSIC NEWS - What are you doing next Spring ?? !!  Guitarist Mark Knopfler apparently likes to plan ahead and has announced, co-inciding with the release of his new Get Lucky album, a spring North American tour. The ex-Dire Straits leader starts his tour on April 8 in Seattle, with visits to 23 USA/Canadian cites thru through early May 2010 (full itinerary below).  It seems like a long way off after an album release, but we're sure his band will be well rehearsed by the time he arrives in the states! 

Get Lucky, Knopfler's sixth solo studio album, was released on September 14 on Warner Bros Records. His previous album, Kill To Get Crimson, was released back in 2007.
