EVERCLEAR Signs with 429 Records, October Release Announced

     MUSIC NEWS - 429 Records has announced a multi record deal with Portland rockers, Everclear.  They'll kick off the new arrangement with the release,  IN A DIFFERENT LIGHT-- a collection of newly interpreted recordings of some of the band's greatest hits (see full tracklist below). 

The brainchild of front man Art Alexakis, the album will also include two new Alexakis-penned songs, “Here Comes the Darkness” and “At the End of the Day.”  IN A DIFFERENT LIGHT will be out October 6th.  The band plans to hit the road in support of the album with shows across the USA through the end of 2009.  They'll start up in the Northeast October 5th (full itinerary tba).  And for 2010, you can expect an album of all news in the Spring with an extensive spring/summer tour around its release.
