Eric Clapton & Steve Winwood "LIVE FROM MADISON SQUARE GARDEN" Film in Theatres on May 18

     MUSIC NEWS - Reprise Records  and D&E Entertainment have annouced the theatrical premiere of Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood's 'Live from Madison Square Garden' concert film documenting their amazing performance at the world famous venue. The film will be shown in over 40 cinemas in the USA and the UK on May 18 (see theatre list below the break).    'Live From Madison Square Garden' captures Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood as the rock legends took the stage together for just three concerts in a highly anticipated collaboration. They performed a string of hits that included Blind Faith's "Presence of the Lord," and "Can't Find My Way Home," in addition to Clapton's classics "After Midnight" "Tell the Truth" and "Crossroads" and Steve Winwood's "Dear Mr. Fantasy" and "Glad."  On May 19, 2009 Reprise Records releases Live From Madison Square Garden, a 2-disc CD/DVD/BluRay of their amazing performances.  Clapton & Winwood will again appear in concert in the USA this June with a 14 show tour.
